This isn't just about real estate; this isn't just about putting on seminars and conferences; we truly believe in giving back to the community we serve.

Currently the average home owners has more than $274,000 in home equity. We believe that in order to change the trajectory of minority households, we must reach out to our children before they pick up bad financial habits as adults that rob them of the wealth opportunities home ownership provides. 

Proper Real Estate advice has a direct impact on our communities, the wealth generated, school system ratings, among other things. Knowing that minority home ownership is historically lower than that of other demographics, we aim to help bridge the wealth divide by employing more black and brown real estate professionals.

These career paths include real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, appraisers, escrow officers, and apartment locators. 

We believe that the first step in bridging the wealth gap is not only educating our youth about the opportunities available but also providing the resources and connections necessary to achieve this mission successfully. By doing this, we will be able to sustain our wealth through real estate and help more Black and Brown families achieve the goal of homeownership and avoid discrimination through proper representation, thereby changing the face of our communities, schools, and way of life.
